If we don’t do this, the BRICS+ could expand Sandman from a Currency Operation to General Sanctions against the USA within weeks, like the 1972 OPEC Oil Embargo; except the BRICS+ could make it for everything we import from them. If the rest of the World joined them, we would have no imports. If we don’t act, they could convene a World Court and try the United States.
