Until I see gardens popping up all over I will continue to prepare for WEF control. One doesn't control the food they are eating they won't control anything about their lives.

Where there is a shortage of wood for heating the best plan is to install a Kachelofen. The peasants knew exactly how much heat they could obtain from differing varieties of wood, they had it down to sticks. One tavern I was told about had a center stone wall that was a wood heater, the exhaust serpentined about the wall, the desired effect from a hot burn of sticks was a chimney fire on which a half hour burn would be a 12 hours heat source on the coldest days.

I could go on having participated in a Permaculture Design Course.

All these plans can be implemented but not as long as the people have their minds captured by the incessant what passes for news and these promoted trivial pursuits.. They want 15 minute cities and free bug soup is my view.

You are right Rick, most of the people are now so ignorant and dumbed down they are primed to accept everything they are being offered - they will comply for they know no different. On the other hand are 'people like us' (in UK they are PLUs) indicates being of the same class and acceptable at dinner parties (a very British affectation). But to us - we are the grounded winners.

If our local pub fails I shall found an 18th century, themed tavern which I am sure will win many customers. I already have the design in my mind's eye! But I guess actually I shall remove to my lovely South Africa before this could ever happen - but I love dreams!

Please don't depart as I love the idea of the 18th cent themed pub, plus I used to know someone not so far from, you who can advise on the relative heat value of logs.

(I hope he isn't still breaking his chain saw on civil war musket balls still to be found in some older oak trees! They are such a pain)

I was told that some of our English oaks were around when the Normans invaded, Greg. So I looked it up,and sure enough:

"Near Bourne in Lincolnshire, the Bowthorpe Oak is believed to be over 1,000 years old. Its hollow trunk has been used for parties in the past, and it is rumoured that at one point over 39 people stood within it. Its girth is recorded as well over 12 metres.

RFK Jr. for President!

If he survives until January 2024, Bidensky will have to drop out of the race because he can't debate this guy on any issue!

So, I suspect that the Deep State is going to field Newsom (California) to challenge RFK Jr. In that case many other democrats are going to enter the race.

The US Vice President has 0 chance of winning an election. She didn't even win a single delegate in 2020 but got selected just for political correctness.

If history repeats itself like in 1980, a Republican will be back in charge in 2025. Ted Kennedy split the Democrats by primarying Jimmy Carter and Ronald Reagan won.

Thanks 'N', very reassuring :-) But will it be: "meet the new the boss, same as old boss"? I see a lot of GOP are woke and corporate lackeys? What percentage do you think?

The US is run by a Uniparty. There is 0 difference between (R)emocrats and (D)epublicans as far as national interests are concerned.

They're all D.C swamp dwellers working for the Deep State and Davos. Trump was elected to empty the swamp and he failed miserably!

I do NOT vote because voting in the US is meaningless. A state like Michigan has 7million voters in its registry when only 4million residents are eligible to vote. Welcome to America. That's just one example!

You then have the electoral college that skews the votes - winning popular votes doesn't make you automatically the winner. Why should I vote in such a system?

PROTECT & SURVIVE's avatar

With you 'N' - I don't vote either - it's just confirming a corrupt system - best to opt out and leave them to it - paddle our own canoe. My wish is that when they call an election - nobody turns up - it could happen here in UK soon. We have local elections in May so let's see what happens. The oldies will always turn out and there are lots of them!

I exercise my right to vote, but, sadly, it has been N.O.T.A. for the last few times. I feel that is marginally better than not voting, but I'm not at all sure of that.

There are positive arguments on both sides Greg - it comes down to personal preference IMO - whatever makes you 'feel' good I guess.

.....Nord Stream destruction was an act of war against Russia but also against Germany.....

US terrorism was against France, Germany, Netherlands & Russia who own Nord Stream.

The German Chancellor was informed that the his infrastructure was going to be blown up by his suzerain.

He's still leading Germany. Isn't that weird?

To be honest, there is no more hope for European populations, unless they hang all these global predators who naturally belong in the gallows.

Agreed 'N' but they never will until the people take back the power - a long and rocky road ahead methinks. This arsehole is WEF - that's why:

No surprise here since he was just defending the "global rules-based order" by allowing German assets to be destroyed!

.. and quite informative. I did learn from Legrande that for the introduction of the eEURO, a decision will be taken in October. Reason for the eEURO? EU doesn't want to be controlled by a foreign ecurrency such as provided by Meta or Google or whoever. Wow - such irrational reasoning.

Wow. Prepping and the Great Reset! Clearly society can't accommodate both. There could be real pain in the economy coming given the inability to tame inflation. So we can expect continued devaluation of financial assets for a long period. Wonder if we get a depression on the scale of the the late 1920's? Maybe we can get some sanity arriving in the next US election. That election affects other nations despite efforts to untangle from the US economy. We could be headed toward some global war again hopefully without the wholesale destruction of nuclear war. I see people suggest our youth are incapable of fighting even for themselves, but that seems to deny human survival spirit where attitudes can change quickly.

I suppose we will muddle along until we can find some competent leaders to rebuild an economy. At some point we must acknowledge that our governments can't deliver on their promises; the treasuries are empty. We always knew nothing is ever "free". In the process many will be injured. OTOH, we have known what was coming yet refused to really address the failures. The distractions from our manipulation of truth might become apparent to more people. Maybe they will demand better.

I do believe 'HH' that the human spirit is indomitable (nobody told the WEF) - there will always be survivors and if you study those who came out of the camps for example - it was those with a faith and truth in their hearts. Standard distribution stats indicate that some 20% will survive this interminable attack on the human race. But I am too old to worry

Che Guevara reincarnated as Lula da Silva in Beijing in April 2024!!

The Western media is asleep but the world is moving on with hypersonic speed.

“Every night I ask myself why all countries have to base their trade on the dollar,”

“Why can’t we do trade based on our own currencies?”

“Who was it that decided that the dollar was the currency after the disappearance of the gold standard?”

“Who decided that our currencies were weak, that they didn’t have value in other countries?”

“Why can’t a bank like that of the BRICS have a currency to finance trade relations between Brazil and China, between Brazil and other countries? It’s difficult because we are unaccustomed [to the idea]. Everyone depends on just one currency,”

I replied to a reader BL on TBP yesterday about the new IMF announced UMU:

"Thanks BL – I confess that I missed this one and had to research it. This is more BOOM’s area and I am sure he will be covering it soon. In the meantime a cursory look tells me it’s virtual money (not a CBDC) along the lines of the ECU we used in the EU before the euro and it worked well as a unit of account.

Kitco say “Unicoin, is a legal money commodity” which would fit right. “…and functions like a CBDC” https://www.kitco.com/news/2023-04-10/IMF-unveils-Unicoin-A-global-legal-tender-settlement-CBDC.html (Investopedia haven’t got it up yet)

“As a unit of account, the ECU was not a circulating currency and did not replace or override the value of the currency of EEC member countries. However, it was used to price some international financial transactions and capital transfers” https://www.investopedia.com/terms/e/european-currency-unit.asp

IMHO I think the Unicoin has been brought in now (why now? because the global financial system is failing) and if we get another 2008, all trade will cease. So this appears to be a stop-gap like the ECU before a new international currency unit can be implemented such as wholesale CBDCs but retail CBDCs are some way off yet. I shall be writing about the BoE CBDC programme in the coming weeks (we have the bloody coronation to handle soon and this interrupts my schedules.)

Thanks for the heads-up BL, much appreciated – you should write a Substack! BTW FedCoin is meant as a dollar wholesale CBDC and trialling in July.
