The missing bit of information is food has been weaponized over the centuries to force compliance. This time its a little different, maybe, maybe not, like the injections being paid for by government, The profiteering Fascists will step in to sell the governments fake food bypassing normal market mechanisms.

They will weaponise anything - it is the nature of the beast.

PROTECT & SURVIVE - Are you in the UK?

I only ask because I am on the south coast of England and I recognise many of your posts as being what I could write (if I had writing skills).

The only thing that confused me is that you are called Austrian Peter but then I had to remind myself that people can move countries.

Also, I don't remember because I wasn't old enough but I do know what PROTECT & SURVIVE is as well.

Hi PC, Yes, I am a Brit in SW England, Bruton, Somerset; good to have another Brit on board and thank you for your interest in my scribbles. Some people I know have a desire to write, because they have something important to say, but feel uncertain about kicking off. I can only recommend that if you feel this way just have a shot at Substack (it's easy) - there's nothing to lose if it doesn't work for you but so much to gain if you enjoy it - nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Actually, 'Austrian' refers to my preference for Austrian Economics, to which I devoted Chapter 11 - Macroeconomics in my book describing Keynesian v Austrian economic models. Neither are perfect, but on balance I would rather have the Austrian - here eg: https://mises.org/begin

I am retired now (78), I am insatiably curious and write and research full time. I really enjoy this labour of love and it's readers like you who make it all worth while. Happy Christmas PersianCat (I had one years ago called Pushkin), I love cats and all animals actually.

And here's a link to the Protect & Survive pamphlet I purloined:

Mate, your SubStack page is ace and it is weird to think that you are not far from me here near Bournemouth.

Thank you for your kind words PC - it is my reward to know that my scribbles are appreciated. I know Bournemouth well, lovely place and Poole was the port we often sailed our small boats out of - happy days of yore!

"least dirty shirt". Feckless, unqualified politicians controlled by special interests are fine when we can afford their incompetence. What shall Apple do when nobody can buy their phones? The advertisers now boycotting twitter may discover the power of those why buy their product. What a time for Musk! Next year in the US may be the most tumultuous in my lifetime and aside from a few months of staples, life may get very hard. Amazing how collapse is arriving - suddenly.

Yes indeed HH - and you have the benefit of a rich and diverse topography - bringing to mind that great series:
