NEW YEAR EDITION – ‘DEMOCRACY’ IN 2025? – Rachel from Accounts – Gardening – Low/No Wind – Eastern Front – Stagflation – Recession 2025 – Bovaer - Rubbish - Letter from Great Britain – [12-28-24]
“We do not have to visit a madhouse to find disordered minds; our planet is the mental institution of the universe.” [Johann Wolfgang von Goethe]
[By Iain Davis, Nov 18, 2024 – Edited précis from Iain’s excellent article]
DEMOCRACY IS ‘GOVERNANCE USING TRIAL BY JURY’ so we don’t need any form of central government to establish a democracy. Any other political system, no matter how vociferously its proponents demand that it’s called a democracy, is not a democracy.
Instead of democracy, which demands that The People take full responsibility for all aspects of society and serve justice, preference is given to ‘representative democracy’, aka an oligarchy. In this model there is responsibility for nothing and The People become willing slaves of the oligarchs, who are passively allowed to rule unjustly under the guise of a ‘democratic’ government.
Every four or five years the rulers’ anointment ceremonies are known as ‘General Elections’. The People’s slavery is sworn to the will of the oligarchs because it is wrongly imagined, by choosing a different oligarch-aligned clan, some sort of socio-political choice is established and known as a social contract. “social-contract theories had their greatest currency in the 17th and 18th centuries and are associated with the English philosophers Thomas Hobbes and John Locke and the French philosopher Jean-Jacques Rousseau.”
Assuming the election isn’t rigged, but they clearly are from time to time, the full scope of the so-called political choice is to determine which oligarch sect will rule unjustly for the next four or five years. Whilst oligarchs each vie for supremacy, they all agree on the policy trajectory they wish to force down The Peoples’ throats. Under “representative democracies” The People must submit to ‘Sustainable Development-based’ (ESG) global governance. Through Technocracy, which includes provision for a programmable digital currency (Digital Pound), appears to be inevitable. And thus a Digital ID will be enforced in one way or another, whether it’s deemed by the BIS as essential for the wellbeing of a nation, or not.
The HMG Biological Security Strategy paper (81 pages) was published in 2023, with a progress statement to Parliament on October 24, 2024 by the Rte. Hon Pat McFadden, the Labour MP for Wolverhampton South East, who has been an MP continually since May 5, 2005. He currently holds the HMG post of ‘Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster’. [It is the highest ranking appointment in the Cabinet Office, immediately after the Prime Minister, and senior to the Minister for the Cabinet Office. Wikipedia]
Pat McFadden said: “I want to update the House on the implementation of the 2023 UK Biological Security Strategy. The Strategy’s ambition is to ensure that by 2030, the UK is resilient to a spectrum of biological threats and a world leader in responsible innovation.”
The British People have been prisoners of their long and despotic history. McFadden’s role includes the administration of estates and rents of the Duchy of Lancaster, an estate of the King of England. The estate has its origins in the lands held by the medieval Dukes of Lancaster, which came under the direct control of the monarch when Henry Bolingbroke, the then Duke of Lancaster, ascended the throne in 1399. In 1461 King Edward IV confirmed that the Duchy would be inherited by the monarch, but held separately from the Crown Estate and other assets which belong to the monarch. Wikipedia
HMG has formed a new Biosecurity Leadership Council, an expert advisory group of leading academics and industry figures from across the engineering biology, life science, and biotech sectors bringing government together with business and academic leaders, for innovation practices and policies with the biotech sector, thus calling for Public/Private support systems, including a Digital ID, and forming the construction of a Digital Stockade® [Ed: a term I coined in 2020 to describe the digital encircling of the British Isles by 2030, either by deception, bribery or state enforcement.) Here are the bureaucratic weasel-words describing their plan to enslave The People of Britain:
“Through our new Digital Development Strategy 2024-2030 (DDS) we will strive to achieve four interconnected objectives:
digital transformation: catalysing the economy, government and society through digital technologies
digital inclusion: ensuring that no-one is left behind in a digital world
digital responsibility: enabling a safe, secure and resilient digital environment
digital sustainability: harnessing digital technologies in support of our climate change and environmental aims
The DDS will deliver on four priority areas in digital development to help achieve our objectives.
BUT, before their vision of a Digital Utopia can happen it’s likely that Britain will be flattened by the usual suspects if HMG continues to aggravate the Global South!
A key part of the Digital Strategy is a new HMG Digital Pound which will be invoked, by force or bribery if necessary, resulting in the ongoing transfer of wealth to the ruling oligarchs. The well-established tools of PsyOp, terrorism, genocide, democide, war, propaganda, nudging, and deception will remain the oligarch’s favoured methods of instilling fear using their Strategy of Tension. Voting harder will change nothing, having been comprehensively deceived and it is about time the Brits recognised it.
No one has the right to force anyone else to do anything. The only exception is a duty to ensure justice prevails when one among us causes harm or loss to others. While others live in peace and practice justice, a right to control others simply does not exist. For centuries, the oligarchs have gas-lighted The People into electing paid-for representative puppets to exercise authority over everyone else.
The resultant governments claim they rule by consent, but actually there is no informed consent and therefore there is no consent at all. ‘Power to Rule’ cannot be granted upon a government which has no consent from The People. The consent of the governed and the ‘social contract’ are mythical artefacts due to the absence of informed consent.
Established English Law states: “The law recognises that a person can only legally consent to something, whether that is to allow something to occur, or to perform some act, if that person has been informed of, and understands the facts of the situation. It is only with a full comprehension of the risks and benefits of the decision, as well as an understanding of the possible alternatives, that any individual can consider whether an action would be in his [own] best interests.”
No one has even seen, let alone signed, any contract whereby they agreed to be ruled by government. The oligarchs deemed that consent to their mythical authority is de facto agreed in their invisible social contract simply by virtue of the fact that The People were born or live in the jurisdictions the oligarchs illegitimately claimed for themselves over many centuries.
The oligarch-owned legacy media hammers home the illusion of the requisite choice in the run up to every anointment ceremony. They promote the fiction that it is a duty to impose the ruling sect on The People. But the only duty is to live in peace by safeguarding justice. The notion that it can be done by forsaking all responsibility and rendering all decision-making to a handful of corrupt, self-serving, robber-baron sycophants is ludicrous.
The oligarchs, having realised they are now losing their ‘representative democracy infinite game’ it is remarkable that in the US the Democrat’s angst is their only envisaged solution to their potential demise. They are determined to regain representative political power despite recognising that losing power means they will have to accept the diktats of we, The People, in what they consider and promote to be a ‘tyranny’ of the masses, which of course it is if you are an oligarch. They are certainly running scared as natural justice will relentlessly pursue them during 2025.
The Republicans are generally not opposed to mob-rule. On the contrary, they support it as long as only their chosen mob gets to control other people’s lives. They are perfectly willing to have all their inalienable rights ignored by the violent enforcers of mob-rule, but only while they fantasise that their favoured enforcers represent only their purported values. In the America to come in 2028, the reaffirming symbolic display will be hyped once again to convince the slaves to vote for, and thereby submit to, their own slavery.
Both Republican and Democrat voters will obediently traipse to the polls to crown their next representative dictator. Government will remain an oligarchy in perpetuity as long as its subjects can be convinced to vote for it. Oligarchs don’t care who is voted in. If it looks like voting is trending the ‘wrong’ way they’ll rig the election another way; all they care about is a continuation of a belief in their established ‘system’. Anointment ceremonies (aka elections) will change nothing beyond the minor narrative shift preferred by the dominant oligarch clique
In the 2024 UK “General Election,” more than 82% of the electorate didn’t vote for the current government, and almost half didn’t vote for any government at all, but this did nothing to deter the elected government from claiming a sort of spurious electoral mandate.
Not consenting to mob-rule is the obvious, prudent position but, absent fostering independence from mob-rule, it will remain subject to the oligarchs as long as one man and his dog vote for it.
The only feasible and practical solution to this dilemma is to ignore mob-rule altogether and DO NOT COMPLY. Oligarchs are obsessed with maintaining ‘trust’ because they will be powerless when trust is lost, which is happening now, and thus they know that their rule will end, possibly during 2025, if Trump acts on his promises. Strauss & Howe described this process in their book, The Fourth Turning [An American Prophecy and What the Cycles of History Tell Us About America's Next Rendezvous with Destiny]. While neither voting, nor refusing to vote will change anything, at least not voting signifies: “I DO NOT CONSENT.”
Not voting in sufficient numbers will cause the system to become untenable. In the meantime, the party faithful will continue to promote their vision of Socialist Utopia, but then complain bitterly when their inhuman strategy fails. Those of us who appreciate the churning consequences of Trump’s election will have to strive for something better regardless.
The good news is that pretty much everything today is done on an entirely voluntary basis. For example, farmers grow food, lorries take it to market, and it’s purchased without anyone telling anyone else what to do. Everyone involved in this complex, global demand & supply chain is motivated solely by their own interest; nobody needs to be ordered to do anything.
The People are perfectly capable of organising society spontaneously, without coercion or other forms of force being used and most already do. Mob-rule, favoured by voters and oligarchs alike, empowers government to act against the interests of The People. A government’s original role was to protect the interests of The People but now, the oligarchs have paid off politicians and lawmakers, they act for the benefit of oligarchs alone.
For example, recent HMG legislation to tax independent farmers out of business, forcing them to sell their life-giving assets to bureaucrats and global corporations owned and controlled by oligarchs. It is a dereliction of the first duty of government which has to first and foremost protect the interests of The People not a ruling clique. Controlling our lives and empowering themselves is what global oligarchs do under the ungodly American 'rules-based international order'. The emerging 'multipolar' world defies this established ‘rules-based’ order.
The solution to these dystopian diktats is to actively refuse using peaceful, non- violent protest (NVA). Independence from the villainous control system is needed if humanity is to survive this egregious attack on the very essence of a free people. Real democracy would enable defeat of a malevolent oligarchy in short order, which is why advocating real democracy is called extremism and considered tantamount to terrorism by governments.
Some will argue that engaging in representative democracy at the local level remains effective. But local policy is controlled by national government decree and national government policy is engineered by global governance-touting oligarchs. While local elections (in Britain at least) probably are not rigged too often, they are always susceptible to gerrymandering and still produce local officials with no electoral legitimacy.
What’s worse, oligarchs have extended their reach, certainly in the major urban areas, to local representative democracy. This could offer an avenue to more effectively express The Peoples’ desires but it doesn’t make any difference to the centralised policy trajectory. Furthermore, there are better practical solutions in order to exercise genuine choice.
A focus on local communities, building self-sustaining, independent economies, and networking with other compatible communities, could gain the economic power necessary to make a difference. Voting once every few years merely perpetuates the oligarchs’ mob-rule system and forever enslaves The People. It is ironic that those who point to these solutions are accused of offering nothing but black-pills. Recognising the problem is always the first step to liberation.
By maximising independence of action, and actively engaging in non-compliance, will move toward something better. The argument against breaking free is that the ruling mob will persecute the dissidents even to the ultimate imposition of Martial Law. Such is the nature of violent, oppressive mob-people who we keep voting for, though they can only take power if their mob wins and maybe that will change in 2025.
Reference, see Iain Davis’s latest essay, quote:
“All statists think it is morally acceptable for a government to initiate the use of force—threats, menaces, physical violence—to make people obey some chosen “authority” or another. They argue that acquiescence to authority is the only way to provide a reasonably fair system of reward and punishment. In fact, statists consider violent oppression crucial” [for the safety of The People and security of the state?]
STOP PRESS – BRITISH BUSINESSES TO RAISE PRICES AND CUT JOBS
More than half of British businesses expect to put up prices and cut jobs to cope with costs imposed by Rachel from Accounts Budget and National Insurance raid, according to a Bank of England survey. The Telegraph has more. A majority of companies also expect an impact on profit margins according to a recent BoE survey. The latest survey of CFOs from the Bank’s ‘Decision Maker Panel’ shows 54% of businesses expect to raise prices in response to an increase in employer National Insurance contributions (NICs). An equal proportion of businesses will see lower employment.
Michael Saunders, a former member of the Bank’s interest rate-setting Monetary Policy Committee (MPC), said the figures showed that the National Insurance increase was depressing the economy. He said: “However the NICs increase is spread, the effect of it is to reduce real activity – it is either that margins get squeezed or pay gets squeezed or prices go up, in which case real wages fall. [All these effects reduce real economic activity.]”
Andrew Bailey, the Bank’s Governor, this week said the impact of the NIC increase is critical for future decisions on interest rates: “I think the biggest issue now in the immediate future is the response to the National Insurance change, how companies balance the mixture of prices, wages, the level of employment, [and] what is taken on margin is an important judgement for us,” he told a conference.
The Bank’s Decision Maker Panel Survey showed that typical business expects will cut its workforce by 0.1% over the next 12 months, the first time employment expectations have fallen into negative territory since October 2020. Industry leaders expect to increase prices by 3.8%, the highest expected increase since May, reversing some of the recent drop in inflation.
This means that the Chancellor risks leaving Britain with higher inflation and fewer jobs as a result of the £25bn increase in NICs paid by employers on their employees’ pay. This blunt economic tool is, in effect, a tax on employment. A Labour government sold NICs to the British people after WW2, as a hypothecated “insurance” instrument to fund pensions, health, and social security implying a ring-fenced sovereign wealth fund. Of course it was nothing of the sort; it was yet another clever way to increase taxes by stealth. HMG are still at it with their ‘frozen forever’ income tax-free annual allowances not indexed until 2028 (if then).
NEWS FLASH – BOXING DAY FOOTFALL DECLINES ON UK HIGH STREETS
Footfall across UK retailers was down 8.9% as of 3pm on Thursday, compared with Boxing Day in 2023, according to data from MRI Software. “The decline in Boxing Day activity may reflect a shift in consumer behaviour, influenced by the ongoing cost of living crisis,” said the retail tech experts’ marketing and insights director, Jenni Matthews. Britain’s high streets suffered the biggest decline (about 10.9%) followed by shopping centres and retail parks, at which footfall fell 7.8% and 5.4%, respectively. Source

BRITISH POWER GENERATION WAS AT ITS LIMIT DURING DECEMBER LOW WIND EPISODES
Wind power was very low during December with a large area of high pressure stationary over NW Europe. Gas power was running flat out according to the Telegraph, and gas generation was at a record high. But what was most interesting - Britain is a net supplier to Belgium, Denmark, and Ireland who are also suffering. What will we do when Miliband has succeeded in shutting down gas generation? Source

In December 2014 the Open University searched through the IWM archives to find examples showing the impact of football [ceasefire] during the First World War marking 100 years since the spontaneous "Christmas Truce" in the trenches. Can we do it again in Ukraine please?
INFLATION MONITOR - UK inflation rose to 2.6% in November, the highest in eight months
The increase in inflation to 2.6% (is above the BoE 2% target) after a pick-up in wages on Tuesday 12/17/24, and crushed any lingering hopes of a rate cut soon, even though the economy appears to be weakening. The BoE held interest rates unchanged at 4.75%.
This past week has seen “a troika of bad economic news for the UK”, said Kathleen Brooks, research director at XTB, who explained: "Firstly, GDP fell for October; secondly, wage growth shot higher, and thirdly, inflation is also moving in the wrong direction.” The Office for National Statistics (ONS) revised down its estimate of GDP growth in Q3 to 0%, down from their 0.1% forecast. That shows the British economy flat-lined in Q3.
The Confederation of British Industry (CBI) warned that the economy is “headed for the worst of all worlds”, with activity over the next quarter set for a “steep” decline. There’s also rising gloom in the shopping sector with the British Retail Consortium predicting that a January spending squeeze is on the horizon. Can anyone spell Stagflation?
“Stagflation has occurred repeatedly in the developed world since the 1970s oil crisis. It is an economic cycle characterised by slow growth (see graph below), a high unemployment rate, and accompanied by inflation. Economic policymakers find this combination particularly difficult to handle, as attempting to correct one of the factors can exacerbate another.” The above graph indicates a recent rise in unemployment, which is a lagging indicator, as stagflation starts to bite. This is not a good omen for Britain in 2025 which explains why economists at the BoE are harbouring a dismal forecast going forward.
There is no definitive cure for stagflation. The consensus among economists is that productivity has to rise leading to higher growth without more inflation. But as the above graph shows, Britain’s productivity has fallen off a cliff. Increases in productivity (in theory) would allow for tightening monetary policy thus reining in the inflation component of stagflation. That is easier said than done, so the key to preventing stagflation is for economic policymakers to be extremely proactive in avoiding it – which is no solution at all! Source

RECESSION WATCH – Britain will move toward recession in 2025, continuing the ‘no-effective-growth’ trend at a minimum over the last 10 years
Dec 13 (Reuters) - Britain's economy shrank for a second month in a row for Q3/24 in the run-up to the government's first budget, the first back-to-back falls in output since the onset of the scamdemic, and a setback for the new finance minister ‘Rachel from Accounts’.
GDP contracted by 0.1% month-on-month in October, as it did in September according to the ONS. It was the first consecutive drop in monthly GDP, which is volatile and prone to revision, since March and April 2020, when Britain enforced its first lockdown. The National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER) defines a recession as a significant decline in activity spread across the economy lasting more than a few months.
A recession is often triggered following an inflationary period. When inflation increases, central banks raise interest rates to slow the economy with the goal of bringing down inflation. With higher interest rates, after a delay, the probability of a recession increases, leading to layoffs, fewer jobs, and decreased consumer and corporate spending among other effects found in a slowing economy, which is where Britain found itself as 2024 comes to a close. This is not bullish for prospects in 2025 and will present Labour with serious economic challenges going forward. Source
The standard macroeconomic definition of a recession is two consecutive quarters of negative GDP growth. When this occurs, private businesses often scale back production and try to limit exposure to systematic risk https://www.investopedia.com/ask/answers/08/cause-of-recession.asp
SURVIVAL MONITOR – A Danish firm named Arla recently announced they are feeding their cows a supplement called Bovaer.
In order to conform to the ‘climate change narrative’ and abide by carbon mandates put forth by Davos and the Globalists, one company started using a supplement that causes their dairy cows to produce 30% less methane gas. That supplement is shrouded in controversy. A Danish firm named Arla recently announced they are feeding their cows a supplement called Bovaer.
The supplement contains a chemical compound called 3-nitrooxypropanol, or 3-NOP for short. This chemical interferes with natural processes in the cow’s gut, reducing methane emissions when the cows fart. This news is not being received well by consumers in Britain. Many people are beginning to boycott Arla milk products and other associated companies that use 3-NOP in their dairy cows.
Brits are boycotting over a dozen dairy products by Arla over toxicity concerns claiming that some products are “contaminated” by 3-NOP. Many of the claims link the chemical to infertility and cancer, and boycotts are spreading fast on social media. The boycott includes Arla’s milk and butter products, including Lurpak and Anchor butters as well as Castello, an artisan cheese brand, and Apetina, a brand of cooking cheeses.
The boycott extends to other companies that partner with Arla Foods, including Yeo Valley, Starbucks, McDonald's and Ecomilk, and encompasses entire supermarkets, including Tesco and Asda, which stock Arla’s brands. Subordinate brands are also being targeted by the boycott, including: Arla Cravendale, which is a filtered milk; Arla B.O.B., a fat free milk; Arla Protein, a high protein yogurt and drink brand; and Arla Lactofree, a dairy product that is free of lactose.
One TikTok video, viewed thousands of times, shows a consumer pouring Arla milk down the sink, while saying, “Arla not in my house.” The Good Food Project called for a full boycott of “soulless supermarkets and fake food corporations” such as Arla. Another video, viewed over 1.6 million times, shows a man pointing to a bottle of Asda semi-skimmed milk that is sourced from Arla farms. In the video, he says, “This will be going straight down the drain and I won't be buying Asda milk again.”
NARRATIVE BATTLE – IN 2025 NEVER FORGET WHAT ‘THEY’ DID TO US
“In 2020 little did we know that a novel strain of mind-virus had escaped and was working its way through the imagination of people around the world. Wherever TVs were stationed the people stirred with a new, powerful kind of fear and anxiety begging for a top-down solution that could only come from The Experts.”
So, all the wise men gathered around the greatest wet market story never told to become a cabal of evil predators who would make most people (est. 80%) miserable for years while managing to kill and injure millions of people with their “SCIENCE.” Those who managed to escape the voodoo death grip of our amygdala were left to wonder what had stolen our neighbours’ souls converting them into lumbering zombies thumbing at their phones while walking their new Covid puppy around the block because they were “working from home” so we could have “Two weeks to Flatten the Curve”.
They would drone around, mumbling the daily mantra-ballad of “We are all in this Together”, between chattering about the latest Official Statistics from the Ministry of Truth, all from the other side of the street because even the outside air could not be trusted without ensuring great distance.” Hat Tip TBP - Admin:

Thank you, AP, for your usual comprehensive report tracking the suicide of England. I’m a fan of Iain Davis but missed his essay on Democracy – so thank you for its inclusion.
Of course, those who lust after controlling others only do so because they lack the discipline to control themselves. Fools!
I was advised/lectured decades ago that our democracy was the responsibility of the people i.e. me! Since when, poor soppy me has been attempting to learn and then know enough to be able to exercise these responsibilities only to discover that, generally, M.P.s rely on a simpler philosophy and activity – they identify who or what has the most power and control and comply with that.
I knew a lot of important activities were being planned and implemented behind the scenes (if only by the volume of distractions and irrelevancies leading the news) but didn’t realise our digital demise was so advanced.
I do resent the childish justification for all of this nonsense. I’d prefer it if at least ‘they’ were honest and our ‘elite’ would simply state that we don’t live in a democracy of any description but occupy a plantation and are regarded with as much respect as any homogenised vegetable
Allow me to at least thank you and wish you and yours an entertaining New Year.
Kindest, Zara.
