I would recommend that people read a book, any book, by Yuval Noah Harari because then they will realise that he spouts utter nonsense. Why some in power revere him, is beyond my understanding.
A minor point, but I read elsewhere that "the 2018 Arrangement allowed Argentina the option to immediately purchase US$15 billion". (Not my split infinitive!), not the $5bn that Boom quotes. Also that "Argentina ... holds the record for the largest loan distributed, reaching nearly $57 billion in 2018." Not that it matters. Un-repayable debt is simply un-repayable and those of us in the UK should know that, as ours reaches well above £2.5Trillion!!
Some men have been convinced they can control the world. Who is convincing them, friend? Nothing new under the sun. While plots and conspiracies are a fact of this (short quickly ending) human age, anybody believing they are in actual in control of the future is more foolish than Apollyon's rebellion.
