That still leaves a debt of $26.88 trillion. I suggest that is un-payable so, for all intents and purposes, the USA is bankrupt. The banksters will stave off bankruptcy for as long as possible, because they will suffer, but I suggest, even for a country so influential, that bankruptcy is inevitable. The only question is when?
