....this is the one part that interested me. " Everyone has inherited imperfection which means mistakes will occur but they can also be intentionally deceptive."

I wouldn't be the one to cast the first stone, if I were you. Last I would want to do is interpret someone else's "intention." You sound like you are pointing at something very dark, author.

Well, I fear to point any accusation, Jacob only as I see from my life experience as a counsellor. Intentions are difficult to discern, but actions are undeniable. 'Very dark' is in the nature of humanity, our shadow side so to speak. Read of this book, it will clarify my assertions:

"People who are evil attack others instead of facing their own failures. Dr M. Scott Peck demonstrates the havoc these people of the lie work in the lives of those around them. He presents, from vivid incidents encountered in his psychiatric practice, examples of evil in everyday life. This book is by turns disturbing, fascinating, and altogether impossible to put down as it offers a strikingly original approach to the age-old problem of human evil."

Darwin's fantasy couldn't publish today. Many genomes completed. It is surprising that anybody at all gives THE BIG BANG (fantasy) a smidge of airtime. One coincidence upon anther to infinity required to explain such order out of chaos, Really? AND without ever mentioning where that first atom came?

I think that pure energy is the answer, Darius. Atoms come much later as matter emerges out of chaos. If energy is constant then this is the infinity of perpetual motion, is it not? The primordial blob perhaps.

Lest we not consider where energy came? Always was and will be?

Yes, if it's neither created nor destroyed it must be constant and infinite. Thus, in a dissipative material (energy) universe, eventually, all mass is converted into heat and returns from whence it came (Prof Smith - Enjoy the End of the World).
