WE ARE LIVING in the “last days” of this current, fading “era” of history when it is becoming harder to distinguish the “truth” from deception based on lies.  Jesus made it very clear that there were only two classes of people on earth. Those who follow the Laws of God and the narrow path described by Jesus; or those serving Satan in a quest to control the 'World System of Things' which include finances, politics, and religion.

St. Paul's letter to Timothy uncannily describes our world today: "Know this, that in the last days, critical times hard to deal with will be here.  For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, haughty, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, disloyal, having no natural affection, not open to any agreement, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, without love of goodness, betrayers, headstrong, puffed up with pride, lovers of pleasures rather than lovers of God, having an appearance of godliness but proving false to its power; and from these turn away.

From among these arise men who slyly work their way into households and captivate weak women loaded down with sins, led by various desires, always learning and yet never able to come to an accurate knowledge of truth.  Nevertheless, they will make no further progress, for their folly will be very plain to all; wicked men and impostors will advance from bad to worse, misleading and being misled." [2 Timothy 3:7]

It's important to realise St. Paul's meaning isn't about Armageddon but rather the last days of an era which has prevailed for 500 years dominated by Anglo-Saxons leading to Britain's Industrial Revolution.  Today we are in the final stages of the Fourth Turning when institutions everywhere will be transfigured beyond measure in unpredictable ways.

Those of faith and good intentions (the 20%) are locked in a Quiet War with the omnipotent forces of centralised governments together with a myriad of evil global establishments hell bent on world domination and determined to enslave 80% of the populace in their 2030 vision of a digital prison.  All their plans are published revealing masses of silent weapons – the following is just one of many.

WHO PANDEMIC TREATY - UK Update - I emailed HMG Foreign & Colonial Office in January 2023 asking for their posture on the WHO Pandemic Treaty, the name of the person responsible, and whether HMG will accede to it. Here is their reply (my emphasis):

Dear Sir,

Thank you for your correspondence of 26 December about the proposed International instrument on pandemic preparedness, prevention and response, and proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations.

The Government is committed to strengthening pandemic prevention, preparedness and response. COVID-19 has demonstrated that a truly global solution is needed to better protect the UK and other countries around the world from the detrimental impacts of pandemics and other health threats.

As a result, the UK considers that a new legally-binding international instrument is necessary as part of a comprehensive approach to strengthening pandemic prevention, preparedness and response globally. This would complement the International Health Regulations 2005 (IHR) which the UK has already signed and endorsed.

Potential targeted amendments to the IHRs are being considered and negotiated by Member States of the World Health Organisation (WHO), including the UK. UK Officials are engaging with the process to draft and negotiate the pandemic instrument and with proposals to amend the IHRs. Both processes are currently still in the early stages of discussion and not expected to be agreed before May 2024.  WHO Member States have not yet agreed the content of the pandemic instrument which is still being developed; or which proposed amendments to the IHRs will be agreed and adopted. Accordingly, we cannot confirm details of the content of either the pandemic instrument or the IHR amendments at this stage.

Regarding the IHR amendment process, once amendments are adopted by the World Health Assembly, Member States can either reject the adopted amendments or submit reservations to them (within a set period). The UK is party to numerous multilateral treaties, including many through the United Nations (UN) and its specialised agencies such as the WHO. The Government has a strong commitment and duty to implement international law that it is subject to.

However, the Government has been clear that the UK would not sign up to any instrument that would compromise its ability to take domestic decisions on national restrictions or other national measures concerning public health. This includes lockdowns, domestic immunisation rollout, and other public health measures of this nature.

Decisions such as these will remain within the competency of individual WHO Member States.  Any changes to or new domestic law required or considered appropriate to reflect international obligations and the ratification of a treaty, would be subject to parliamentary scrutiny.

STOP PRESS – The London 'Ultra Low Emission Zone' (ULEZ) - It's just another Silent Weapon against 'The People' but resistance exploded in London this week and other cities around the country.   It's War by any other name  but Nigel Farage at GB News has some advice on how to avoid the £12.50 charge and possible fines.

First let's check where the supposed 'air pollution' actually comes from. Just 15% of the emissions came from the exhausts of cars and a further 10% from the exhausts of vans and HGVs."

Let's tackle the real energy crisis the world is facing and combat the myths being pushed by green tyrants, "Powerful individuals around the globe are advocating for a radical change in our energy consumption, and they claim that what are branded as “green” or “renewable” energy sources can replace fossil fuels.  But these so-called alternative energy sources really are not alternatives at all.  There are four characteristics of cost-effective energy: affordability, reliability, versatility, and scalability." SMRs fill these requirements in spades.

Are we experiencing a new transport paradigm?  Britain is working towards ‘15-minute Cities’ but resistance is palpable.  However the Americans think it's not actually so bad; but of course they do have so much more land area than little Britain with one of the highest population density in the world.  The U.K. ranks number 21 in the list of countries (and dependencies) by population. The population density in Britain is 280 per Km2.

In contrast, the United States is the 180th most densely populated country on earth with a population density of 32.5 people/km sq. Thus, the UK is roughly eight times more densely populated than the US! No wonder Americans are not bothered! (the last 10 minutes talk about 15-minute Cities)

NEWS FLASH – FLIGHTMARE! How odd that Britain's first class, resilient Air Traffic Control (ATC) failed spectacularly on bank holiday Monday - the very worst day of the year for air travel. Was it coincidence, cyber-attack, or sabotage?  My own experience of these massive mainframe computer systems, like the IBM 9020 series used by ATC, are hybrid data servers designed to process trillions of web transactions daily with the highest levels of security and reliability. They don't fail on technical faults or a rogue flight plan even if it was filed supposedly by a French airplane.

“ATC has in-built disaster-recovery systems, backups, and now the Cloud Computing facilities which offer prevention of failure. Clouds automatically recover from a fault whilst simultaneously re-routing traffic so that end-customers don't see the effects of underlying issues. In other words, the Cloud is built to fail – the primary characteristic of Cloud resilience.”

IMHO this is another insider-generated 'spanner-in-works' – yet another Fear-Porn Silent Weapon designed to discourage mass travel by air, sea and land.  'Aviophobia' is very real.  “Research shows that globally, more than 80% of the population is afraid of flying; the level of fear can be general anxieties about the course of the journey to where passengers feel like they are trapped in a moving vehicle without an exit.”

This is an example of increasing worldwide authoritarian control which I shall be writing about in Part 2 next week.  ULEZ and 15-minute Cities are examples of the land-attack versions. Luckily, enough people in the 5-EYES stood against the mandates and eventually disrupted the agenda. Masks are ineffective against covid.  This is a fact.  Protesters describe the event as an "expression of outrage", ignoring the reality that their mindless fears conflict with proven facts.

Masks were also a signal of submission to state controls, and for two years 'Maskers' were like an army, an extension of state power, and they loved it. They could easily identify their "enemies" merely by looking for a missing mask, thereby applying mob pressure to force people to bend to despots.

The masking mandates have gone from most of the West, Covid is exposed for an over-hyped sickness with a tiny Infection Fatality Rate (IFR) of 0.23%, and leftists act as if they are floundering.  They had a taste of power but then it was taken from them and now they're angry.  This is the important lesson: "People who want power this badly should never have access to it.  Hysteria is food for fanatics.

BURN BACK BETTER

The percentage of the earth that burns each year has been declining since 2001.  In 2022, the last year for which there are complete data, the world hit a new record-low of 2.2% burned area. But it's not reported anywhere in MSM; instead, the media acts as if the world is ablaze.

In late 2021, the New York Times employed more than 40 staff on a project called “Postcards from a World on Fire,” headed by a photorealistic animation of the world in flames. Its explicit goal was to convince readers of the climate crisis."  The WSJ reported in 2023, according to NASA, "it turns out the percentage of the globe that burns each year has been declining since 2001."

So, Who is starting wildfires? ‘An Inconvenient Truth’: 'The Global Wildfire Narrative MSM won't touch'.  Many people appear to believe that a nefarious plan is underway to land-grab and ‘Build Back Better’, but no one mentioned, ‘burn down first’.

The southern tip of Africa has long held a strong position as the gateway into the rest of the continent.  Even though this position has shown signs of faltering in recent years, a stable and mature financial market, along with a strong constitution, tight regulations and relative political stability, still make South Africa an appealing destination for multinational trade and business.

Add to that strong commodities and mineral resources that are in-demand world-wide, it’s easier to understand why South Africa found its place among the heavyweights in emerging markets.  With the BRICS bloc now extending an invitation to six more countries to officially join the partnership, South Africa’s position has gone from being at the bottom of the list in the grouping to more of a middling one.

Africa is massive and ripe for development now that 40 further countries have expressed an interest in joining. BRICS11 is engaging in incremental expansion which means that Africa will be able to develop its potential to the full without risking the usual Anglo-Saxon exploitation so plainly described by John Perkins in his book, 'Confessions of an Economic Hitman'.

Africa is vast, 125x size of UK, with a young and growing population. The USA, China, India, Europe and Japan, when combined, will fit into the continent of Africa - it's MEGA-BIG! The USA alone can fit in 3x; the potential for the future is axiomatic.  Go south young man!

The UN says that it's battling mis- disinformation in media with a global "digital army."  In an August19 statement, U.N. officials said. "Peacekeepers are building a digital army to fight against falsehoods which trigger tensions, violence, or death."

The U.N. policy acknowledges there are "no universally accepted definitions" of the term, "disinformation" but that the U.N.'s own definition refers to, "false information that is disseminated intentionally to cause serious social harm. The ability to disseminate large-scale disinformation to undermine scientifically established facts poses an existential risk to humanity and endangers democratic institutions and fundamental human rights."

The UN Development Programme (UNDP) rolled out its automated fact-checking and anti-disinformation tool, iVerify, this spring.  According to Breitbart, iVerify was developed with Meta and left-wing non-profit groups, including the 'International Fact-Checking Network' which is funded by billionaire George Soros.
